This shows a list of possible traits that you can assign to a player. When you first use the program, the list will be empty. The intention is that you should add your own trait definitions. This is done by pressing the "Create new trait” button. This will show the following screen:
You should enter a new trait, such as shown below.
Then press the "OK” button. This will cause the available traits screen to be repopulated as shown below: A trait can be described as something that is general and can be applied to many players. The length of the text of a trait is limited to a maximum of 80 characters.
You can see that the new trait is highlighted. You can leave this highlighted or select any of the other traits. Then press the "OK” button. This will store this trait with the current player.
You’ll see that the text on the "Traits” button has turned green as shown below. When you see any button that is green, it indicates that you have information stored on that player.
If you hover your mouse over a button which has green text, the information behind that button will be shown in a pop-up window. This provides a quick way of seeing the information that you have on a player.
