This screen allows you to search for a player. You can enter the full or partial name of a player. If you enter part of a player name, the results will show the players with names containing that search term.
In the above example you can see that there are two players that match the search term "ace”.
The lower half of the screen shows the notes that you have made about the selected player. Selecting another player will show different notes.
